My son loves me unconditionally and has such a wonderful personality that I know he is going to grow up to be an influential person in our world someday.
My wife is my sweetest inspiration. This is so for two reasons. First, because I proposed to her next to a rose named “Sweet Inspiration” in front of Cinderella’s castle at Walt Disney World. Second, and more importantly, she is my sweetest inspiration because she inspires me by the way she lives life to the fullest and in the moment.
I wouldn’t be where I am today without these two special people in my life.
I have always been tied to technology (my career, my hobbies, my spare time). I think deep down I have always wanted to express my creative side, so here I am.
Every time I visit Walt Disney World (I am fortunate to live 45 minutes away), I make every effort to visit Epcot and watch the Illuminations firework show. I’ve seen it countless times and it never gets old. It is spectacular both visually and emotionally. It talks to me in an unspoken voice …
“Good evening. On behalf of Walt Disney World, the place where dreams come true, we welcome all of you to Epcot and World Showcase. We’ve gathered here tonight around the fire, as people of all lands have gathered for thousands and thousands of years before us, to share the light and to share a story — an amazing story, as old as time itself, but still being written. And though each of us has our own individual stories to tell, a true adventure emerges when we bring them all together as one. We hope you enjoy our story tonight: Reflections of Earth.”
That is my goal and passion for this blog … to share our stories and create an adventure together that makes our lives and our world more interesting and more meaningful. Jump on and enjoy the ride.
